Studiocom was a high-end digital advertising agency that provided amazing creative solutions to many medium to large corporations throughout the world. (Studiocom has since been acquired by VML.)
Senior User Experience Manager
Created highly-effective user experience strategies and designs for many client websites, interactive software/applications and mobile apps. Consulted with clients and cross-functional project teams to define business goals and requirements. Developed user-centric solutions that consistently met or exceeded client expectations. Clients included Coke, Scholastic, DSI, Wonka (Nestle), McCormick, US Virgin Islands Department of Tourism, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin’ Donuts, Old Bay Seasoning, and more.
- Increased customer loyalty and satisfaction by consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations while establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Conducted extensive discovery research to provide the information necessary to ensure a successful project solution. Some of this research included stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations, customer interviews, discovery workshops and usability testing.
Interpreted and translated all research data into business objectives, project requirements, user analysis documentation (user profiles and personas), workflows, task analysis documentation, use cases, page templates, and detailed requirements.- Created user-centric information architecture and navigation solutions.
- Created low- to medium-fidelity designs (wireframes, storyboards and interactive prototypes) using Visio, Axure, OmniGraffle and PowerPoint.

- UX Discovery Presentation
- Assessed the overall project and created a corresponding plan to meet/exceed my client’s goals within their time frame and budget.
- Conducted an extensive discovery phase to ensure a successful solution. This included stakeholder interviews with key executives within their US office in New Jersey, a competitive analysis and more.
- Evaluated all information gathered during the discovery phase and created a design phase road map.
- Presented my UX Discovery Presentation to the senior executives with all findings, analysis and proposed next steps for their final approval.
- Complete Sitemap and Wireframe Deck
- Based on my discovery analysis and client feedback I redefined the information architecture and created all corresponding page and template designs as reflected in the Full Sitemap and Wireframe Deck.

McCormick
Completely redesigned McCormick.com to make it much more intuitive and user-friendly. Also created multiple ongoing promotional microsite designs. Included are two samples of my work for McCormick.

McCormick Crusting Blends Microsite (Wireframes)
- This is just one of many microsites I created for the ongoing McCormick promotions.
Scholastic
Created designs for several Scholastic projects, including portions of their gaming area (such as an avatar creation tool) and the complete redesign of the Scholastic Kids website. (This site included sections for Clifford the Big Red Dog, The Magic School Bus, Word Girl, etc.)

- Met with key stakeholders to capture/define their objectives, wish lists and pain points of their current site.
- Conducted heuristic evaluation and competitive analysis of multiple similar websites.
- Created a sitemap and corresponding wireframes based on my discovery phase analysis, conducting ongoing customer reviews throughout the entire design process to ensure their expectations were fully met/exceeded.

US Virgin Islands
Created websites for two separate departments (Departments of Tourism & Filming)
- Interviewed key customer stakeholders of the Virgin Islands Department of Tourism to determine their project objectives, wish lists and current paint points.
- Subsequently created a competitive analysis and heuristic evaluation of their current website.
- Analyzed all discovery data and created a more intuitive sitemap with corresponding fully redesigned designs.

- Department of Filming (Completely new website — based on brochures)
- The Virgin Islands film industry wanted a new website to promote the advantages of filming movies or commercials in the US Virgin Islands.
- Met with the key stakeholders who provided me their business and website objectives and wish list requests.
- Reviewed all of the brochures and corresponding content and created an effective and intuitive information architecture and corresponding wireframes.

CocaCola
Worked on many projects for Coke, including the CokeStudios virtual environment (such as the migration from MyCoke Music Center, Coke Studio (virtual reality) and multiple microsites and corresponding interactive games such as the 2008 Winter Olympics.
- Created an interactive music mixer which was a new feature to be embedded within the MyCoke virtual environment.
- Conducted customer stakeholder and requirements interviews to define the project objectives, scope and wish lists.
- Worked closely with Coke to define the appropriate workflows
- Based on information obtained from the discovery phase, created full deck of detailed wireframes.
- MyCoke.com (CokeStudios virtual environment) migration to CC Metro of There.com (Wireframes) | (Corresponding MyCoke Migration Workflows)
- When Coke decided to replace their CokeStudios virtual environment with CC Metro of There.com, they needed a migration plan for existing users to easily make that transition. Based on multiple customer workshops I created the following workflows and corresponding wireframes which accomplished their objectives.
