  • Developed innovative strategies and creative user interfaces that addressed business and end-user needs while adhering to technical constraints.

Defined and established the Distribution Marketing Project Management Office (PMO) and corresponding cross-functional processes which significantly increased productivity and maximized ROI.

  • Created cross-functional processes and tools for identifying, prioritizing and tracking top strategic initiatives.
