Sr. User Experience Designer / Team Lead

  • Continually improve UX @ Net Health by refining/incorporating new strategies, processes and design workflows to maximize value to both the organization and our clients.
  • Conduct extensive research to create user-centrist designs for multiple therapy and analytics desktop/mobile products that consistently meet or exceed user and business expectations — all within our fast-paced Agile environment. These solutions are based on product management’s strategic goals, client/user goals and priorities, and UX best practices.
  • Provide product management the necessary research data (qualitative and quantitative) enabling them to make better data-centric roadmap and project decisions.
  • Partner with product management, engineering and many of our larger customers (typically directors through C-suite) for each respective product. Facilitate multiple one-on-one design workshops with each customer partner and internal staff group to create, refine and deliver simple, data and results- designs that consistently meet or exceed customer and business expectations.

Key Accomplishments

  • Completely redefined UX @ Net Health by refining and incorporating a version the double diamond design process model.
  • Created all processes and corresponding infrastructure to collaboratively produce the Net Health Style Guide for rebranding all of our disparate products. This included colors, headers, navigation options, standard interactions, field entry styles, content tone, etc.
    – To ensure consistency and organizational buy-in, I established a cross-functional, cross-product Net Health Style Guide Steering Committee as partners to help make final design decisions.
    – Multiple client partners were also involved providing critical data-centric (qualitative and quantitative) feedback.
  • My ability to establish and maintain an excellent relationship with one of our largest client prospects was instrumental in obtaining their clinic and therapy management software business from a key competitor.
  • Presented with the Net Health Ownership award by the CEO for spearheading the complete redesign of the Net Health (Point of Care) mobile product. This new design received amazing client feedback and was considered best-in-class.
